Arrow GT Ted Nugent White
American musician, NRA activist and bowhunting enthusiast Ted Nugent has been using GoldTip products for years. Ted asked Gold Tip to make a zebra-striped ray specifically for him.
The project proved so successful that the company decided to permanently include "zebra" in its offerings.
A very popular ray due to its distinctive pattern "zebra".
The individual parameters, i.e. 5575 and 7595, 3555, indicate the range of the weight of the bow tension, to which the given radius will fit.
Manufacturing accuracy: +/- 006";
Weight tolerance: +/- 2 gr.
Technical data:
Parameter | GR/IN weight | Spin | Length | O.D. | I.D. | Mass =29' | Suggested weight g |
3555 Zebra | 8.4 | .500" | 32" | .299" | .246" | 243.6 gr. | 85 - 125gr |
5575 Zebra | 8.6 | .400" | 32" | .298" | .246" | 249.4 gr. | 85 - 125gr |
7595 Zebra | 10.2 | .340" | 32" | .310" | .246" | 295.8 gr. | 85 - 100gr |
Arrow complete with cap, arrowhead and three white Bohning Blazer or Easton Diamond darts.
Since Ted Nugent uses Gold Tip arrows for hunting, but is also an opponent of bows with very high pull force, the "zebra" is an ideal compromise between speed and kinetic energy.
